Most coffee brands play it safe with Arabica—thin, acidic, and polite. We don't. Hanoi Drip is built on high-altitude Vietnamese Robusta. It is the backbone of the 1857 legacy. It isn't for everyone, and that’s exactly the point.

Double the Caffeine: Robusta beans naturally contain nearly twice the caffeine of Arabica. It’s literal fuel for the high-performers, the early risers, and the relentless.

Liquid Velvet: Robusta produces more "crema" (that rich, golden foam). When combined with our traditional roast, it creates a body so thick we call it Liquid Velvet.

60% More Antioxidants: It’s not just stronger; it’s hardier. Robusta is a powerhouse of chlorogenic acids, making it a "super-coffee" for the modern age.

The Dark Art of the Roast

Our beans are roasted in small batches using the traditional Hanoi method. We embrace the "Grit"—roasting longer and deeper to pull out notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and smoke.

We don't mask the flavour with fruity notes or floral scents. This is raw, earthy, and powerful coffee.
